2023 (Philadelphia): McGlynn made a career-high 27 appearances (career-high 15 starts) for the Union in 2023, finishing the season with two goals and two assists…Registered his first assist of the season against COL (5/13)...Scored his first goal of the season against ORL on 6/21...Scored his second goal of the season against DC (8/26).

2022 (Philadelphia): McGlynn made 23 appearances (nine starts) in 2022, totaling one goal and three assists...Scored his first goal for the club against HOU (7/30)...Registered his first assist of the season against HOU (7/30)...Registered his second assist of the season against DC (8/20)...Registered his third assist of the season against RBNY (9/3)...Scored his first MLS goal and became the third-youngest player in MLS history to score off of a direct free kick since 2003.

2020 (Philadelphia II): McGlynn made 14 appearances for Philadelphia Union II, logging 1,123 total minutes, registering five goals, and adding three assists...McGlynn made his debut for the Philadelphia Union II on March 8, 2020 against Loudon United. He scored his first USL goal and added his first USL assist in a breakout performance against New York Red Bulls II in a 3-2 win (August 5). His performance in that match earned him his first USL Team of the Week honors. On August 17, McGlynn signed a pre-contract with the Philadelphia Union that would take effect on January 1, 2021. McGlynn netted his first professional brace against New York Red Bulls II (Sept. 26) with two goals.

McGlynn spent one year with the Philadelphia Union Academy playing for the Academy’s U17 squad. Starting 12 matches for the Philadelphia Union U17 squad, McGlynn scored seven goals in total.
